Nina Frank, LMFT

Nina Keebler Frank, LMFT is a psychotherapist, founder of Centered Wisdom, and creator and host of Stepping Consciously, a podcast exploring the families that shape us, the patterns we inherit, and how understanding where we come from can change the way we relate to the people we love.

As a stepdaughter, stepmother, mother, and therapist, Nina brings both lived experience and clinical insight to questions of love, loyalty, belonging, and the complicated ways families change over time. Her work explores what happens when we begin to examine the roles, relationships, and stories we've inherited—and whether greater awareness can give us more choice in what we carry forward.

For more than a decade, Nina has worked with individuals and couples navigating relationships, trauma, identity, and major life transitions. She is trained in EMDR and attachment-based approaches, and her work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a belief that understanding our patterns can open the door to meaningful change.

Through Stepping Consciously, Nina brings that same curiosity to real families—including her own. Through intimate conversations, personal storytelling, and insights from experts, she explores the emotional realities of divorce, remarriage, blended families, parent-child relationships, and intergenerational patterns—creating space for more honest conversations about how we become who we are in relationship to one another.

At the heart of Nina's work is a simple idea: We can't always know the whole story of our past. But the more conscious we become of the patterns we carry, the more choice we have in what we carry forward.
