Nina Frank, LMFT
Nina Keebler Frank, LMFT is a psychotherapist, founder of Centered Wisdom, and the voice behind Stepping Consciously — a podcast exploring the real, often unspoken dynamics of blended families.
As both a stepmother and stepdaughter, Nina brings a deeply personal understanding to the complexities of love, loyalty, and belonging within modern family life. Her work sits at the intersection of lived experience and clinical insight, helping people move beyond inherited narratives and into more conscious, compassionate ways of relating.
Through her practice and her podcast, Nina creates space for honest conversations about the emotional realities of stepfamily life — from the tension between connection and resentment to the quiet grief of unmet expectations. Her approach is grounded, non-judgmental, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins when we are willing to examine the stories we carry.
Nina is trained in EMDR and attachment-based therapy, and has spent over a decade helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, relationships, and identity.
With Stepping Consciously, Nina invites listeners to reconsider what family is “supposed” to look like — and to begin rewriting the blended family story with greater awareness, honesty, and care.
